Bill is a Criminal Justice Professor at Monroe College and was recently interviewed by the Discovery Channel for a documentary called, Women Who Kill. It’s set to air in November 2013. His first interview with CLR was August 13, 2013. Starting in September, he’ll be a regular on the show to give his take on the current issue at hand.
