Dealing With PTSD in Law Enforcement

Retired Detective Sergeant Bill Cannon

I learned a few things during my talk with Retired Detective Sergeant, Bill Cannon. It was a serious subject, but an educational one. We discussed PTSD among law enforcement officers and its effects in their lives.

Bill also suggested some coping mechanisms to help reduce the amount of stress in the field.
